The price of your stay is dependent on your preferred dates and duration. The prices shown in the table below are for a full week and assume a Friday changeover.
However, we are aware many are seeking shorter stays and therefore with the exception of the peak Summer Holiday weeks*, we are happy to take bookings for stays of less than a week.
For shorter stays you will be charged a percentage of the weekly price, as follows – a stay of 6 nights will cost 95% of weekly price; 5 nights 90%; 4 nights 85%; 3 and 2 nights 75%.
Late booking discount – a booking made within 2 weeks of your stay will be offered at a 10% discount to the prices published below.

Booking Conditions
To make a provisional booking please get in contact so we can confirm the availability of your preferred dates.
To secure the booking we will require payment of a deposit, being 1/3rd of the cost of your stay.
Payment methods are by bank transfer or by cheque.
